Greythorn IT, established in 1976, was the first acquisition in September 2006.
Banking and Finance Specialist, WH Recruitment, which was originally established in Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore, joined the Group in December 2006, closely followed by UK-based finance recruiter, Marks Sattin, in February 2007. These two companies are now underpinning the creation of a new global brand in financial recruitment under the name Marks Sattin.
Laurence Simons International, established in 1988 and very well known in legal recruitment, was acquired in June 2007.
The EMR Group, which was established in 1994, was acquired in January 2008. This enabled us to develop EMR, specialist marketing recruitment, and Ortus, specialist HR recruitment.
In March 2008, we acquired the highly succesful subsidiary of Antal International, Antal Russia, which is acknowledged to be the market leader in executive recruitment in Russia. |
