Chris Herrmannsen

Chris Herrmannsen: Chairman

Chris has worked within the professional recruitment sector since 1989. His early career was spent with Harrison Willis, (HW Group plc), progressing to become the Group MD in 1998, following a successful MBO backed by 3i and a full listing on the London Stock Exchange. Chris was appointed European CEO for TMP Worldwide, (and later Hudson), after Harrison Willis was acquired by TMP in 2000. In 2004 Chris left Hudson to establish Ochre House, (now Cielo), the world’s largest RPO business. In addition to his role as Chairman of FiveTen Group, Chris also sits on the boards of other high growth, private equity backed businesses, operating across the broader talent management space.

Mark Carriban

Mark Carriban: CEO

Mark is a highly experienced business leader with more than 30 years of professional, international recruitment experience, gained in fast growth, turnaround and start-up businesses across multiple geographies, notably the UK, Continental Europe, Asia and the US. Having qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse, Mark spent 20 successful years in the UK recruitment industry, in increasingly senior consulting and leadership roles with Michael Page, Bernard Hodes (Omnicom Inc.) and latterly Hudson, where he was MD of UK wide businesses in HR and Legal recruitment. In 2007 Mark was appointed Managing Director for Hudson Asia, responsible for reshaping and growing an expanding portfolio of recruitment consulting and talent management businesses, across Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan and Singapore.

Mark returned to London in 2014, to take up his current role. As CEO, he has led the strategic review and subsequent restructuring of the Group’s global operations.

Michael Joyce

Michael Joyce: CFO

A qualified chartered accountant from Coopers & Lybrand, Michael has significant recruitment sector expertise, from Robert Walters initially, followed by 12 years as CFO of Interquest plc, an AIM listed recruitment group. Michael has gained significant M & A experience, through multiple “buy and build“ acquisitions, as well as IPO exposure and on-going investor relations experience. Michael joined the Group in January 2016, responsible for heading up and reshaping the finance and IT functions, advising and executing on Group restructuring and leading cost transformation projects.
